Product Introduction
The fabric specification of traditional and fancy denim denim is made of pure cotton indigo dyed warp yarn and natural weft yarn, which are interwoven with three upper and lower right twill weave. Generally, the denim can be divided into three types: light, medium and heavy. The weight of light cloth is 200-340g/m2 (6-10oz/m2), and the weight of medium cloth is 340-450g/m2 (10-13oz/m2). The weight of heavy cloth is more than 450g, and the yarn count is fine; Heavy 7 × 6, medium 10 × 10, light 12 × More than 12 (inch count). The width of cloth is mostly 114 - 152 cm. In addition to the traditional products mentioned above, there are also colored denim;
1. Colored denim with different raw material structure;
(1) Elastic denim is woven by using small proportion spandex yarn (about 3-4% of the yarn weight) as the core elastic warp or weft of warp yarn
(2) Snow denim with low proportion polyester and cotton blended as warp yarn and white effect after dyeing
(3) Advanced denim made of cotton, hemp and cotton wool blended yarn
(4) Denim woven with medium length fiber (T/R)
2. Colored denim woven by different processing technologies
(1) Bark crepe denim woven with high twist weft yarn
(2) When dyeing warp yarn, use vulcanized or Haichang blue and other dyes to make the base before dyeing indigo blue
(3) Colored striped denim with colored warp embedded in indigo warp
(4) Hang white or print on indigo denim
