Composite non-woven denim

The specifications of traditional and colored denim fabrics are that denim is woven with pure cotton indigo-dyed warp yarns and natural-colored weft yarns using a three-up, one-down right twill weave. It is generally divided into three categories: light, medium, and heavy. Light fabrics weigh 200-340 g/m² (6-10 oz/sq yd), medium fabrics weigh 340-450 g/m² (10-13 oz/sq yd), and heavy fabrics weigh over 450 g/m². Yarn count; heavy 7×6, medium 10×10, light 12×12 (English count) and above. The width of the fabric is mostly between 114-152 cm. In addition to the above traditional products, there are also colored denim fabrics;
1. Colored denim fabrics using different raw material structures;
⑴ Elastic denim woven with core-spun elastic warp or weft yarns using a small proportion of spandex (about 3-4% of the yarn weight) as the warp yarn.
⑵ Snowflake denim with a low proportion of polyester and cotton blended warp yarns, which produces a blank effect after dyeing.
⑶ High-grade denim woven with cotton and linen or cotton and wool blended yarns.
⑷ Denim woven with medium-long fiber (T/R) yarns.
2. Colored denim fabrics woven with different processing technologies
⑴ Tree bark crepe denim woven with high-twist weft yarns
⑵ Overdye denim in which the warp yarn is first dyed with sulfide or sea indigo dyes before dyeing with indigo
⑶ Colored stripe denim with colored warp yarns embedded in indigo warp yarns
⑷ White or printed on indigo denim.
